About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the training and management of the business development team, including Clinical Navigators, Physician Navigators, and others as directed
  • Provide marketing support to Clinical and Physician Navigators and other business development team members for sales presentations
  • Cultivate referral relationships
  • Manage assigned territory and make sales contacts
  • Analyze referral and admission data from the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with business development team members, admissions staff, nursing, and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission processes, and patient and referral source satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • License in nursing, therapy, or social work, or significant healthcare experience in marketing
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in healthcare marketing
  • Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred
