Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership in the admissions function over multiple hospitals
Coordinate hospital activities concerned with admissions and registration
Supervise Intake Specialist(s) for inpatient and outpatient services, if assigned
Supervise IP Admissions Office Coordinator(s) and Business Office Specialist
Work closely with Clinical and Physician Liaisons to direct physician referrals and conversions
Resolve customer service concerns
Work under the direction of the Director of Strategy and Integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Three (3) years transferrable experience
Experience relevant to admissions management and leadership across multiple hospitals
Ability to coordinate admissions and registration activities
Ability to supervise Intake Specialists, IP Admissions Office Coordinators, and Business Office Specialists
Ability to work closely with Clinical and Physician Liaisons
Ability to direct physician referrals and conversions
Ability to resolve customer service concerns
