About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a region of PAM Health
  • Lead a team of Talent Engagement Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and support
  • Develop recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals across multiple departments and business units
  • Establish and track recruitment KPIs and ensure performance targets are met
  • Create and implement efficient, scalable, and innovative recruitment strategies
  • Analyze and streamline recruiting processes
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR, and senior leadership on recruitment needs and hiring best practices
  • Provide guidance and training on interview techniques, candidate selection, and recruitment processes
  • Liaise between recruiters and department heads
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and maintain clear communication with candidates
  • Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, recruitment events, and social media presence
  • Manage relevant college affiliation agreements
  • Recruit all leadership roles within the company
  • Report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to senior leadership
  • Use data to assess and improve recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Maintain high customer service through courtesy, compassion, and positive communication
  • Promote PAM Health’s Mission and Vision
  • Maintain dignity and confidentiality by adhering to applicable policies and procedures
  • Oversee the recruiting budget and allocate staff and external agency resources efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • 2 years in a management or leadership role preferred
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Experience managing and leading a recruiting team to meet hiring goals and deadlines highly preferred
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment marketing platforms
  • Less than 10% travel required
