About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise Qvantel across a variety of legal and corporate matters
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and corporate law matters relating to Qvantel Oy and its subsidiaries
- Work closely with Group F&C, tax, business leaders, sales, regional teams, management, and other internal stakeholders
- Ensure legal considerations are incorporated effectively into business decisions
- Provide practical legal support across the organisation
- Support the multinational group structure and contribute to the continued development of Qvantel’s legal function
- Handle a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters
- Develop into a role with increasing responsibility within Qvantel’s legal function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- At least one year of experience in corporate and/or business law
- Experience working as an in-house legal counsel
- Fluency in using various AI tools, such as Claude or Copilot
- Excellent written and spoken English and Finnish skills
- Proactive and practical approach to legal matters
- Strong collaboration skills
- Interest in working in an international business environment
- Willingness to travel from time to time
- Experience in an international business environment is a plus
- Experience in the software, technology, or export-driven industries is a plus
