Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in technical areas such as electrical engineering or computer science
5+ years of working experience in high-volume trading
Ability to do light programming work using multi-dimensional arrays, nested loops, complex conditionals and simple file I/O (preferred)
Fluency in C++ and/or Python (preferred)
Strong mathematical aptitude
Proven ability to develop new, profitable trading strategies
Ability to value teamwork and think independently
Ability to communicate effectively while under pressure
Ability to adapt to changing situations with ease
Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment while trading
