About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level administrative support across Executive Leadership Team members, including calendar management, scheduling, and time prioritization
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for ELT, Board, Special Committee, and cross-functional leadership meetings
  • Manage inbound requests and communications aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Draft, edit, and refine executive communications
  • Coordinate complex travel, logistics, and executive-level engagements
  • Own and drive weekly ELT meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning cycles
  • Ensure alignment across functions on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
  • Track initiatives and follow-ups, holding teams accountable to commitments
  • Support executive materials including dashboards, one-pagers, and board updates
  • Lead and execute ELT cross-functional projects such as organizational transformation, cost optimization, and retail performance initiatives
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
  • Identify risks, surface insights, and drive solutions with functional leaders
  • Serve as a central coordination point across ELT members and their teams
  • Communicate decisions, priorities, and updates clearly, concisely, and timely
  • Support alignment between enterprise functions and state-level teams
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality across interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • 5–10+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, business operations, or project management
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives or leadership teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial and operational drivers
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute with speed and precision
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as cannabis, healthcare, or CPG is a plus
  • Ability to work in an office environment, primarily at a desk or in meetings
  • Ability to move around the office as needed
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to travel domestically as required
  • Availability to work typical business hours Monday through Friday and weekends as needed
  • Must work East Coast hours if located outside Florida
