About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the team at all stages of research projects
  • Analyze large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and turn data into actionable, story-driven insights
  • Create visual documents that communicate research findings and data dynamically and succinctly
  • Evaluate each motion picture’s target audience and potential opportunities and challenges
  • Support administrative roles as needed, including scheduling and coordinating meetings for the team’s global calendar
  • Perform administrative duties and create, maintain, and organize documents
  • Maintain reporting databases critical to the department
  • Conduct desk research
  • Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and meetings
  • Support the design, execution, analysis, and presentation of research projects for Theatrical Marketing and Development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA or BS with a track record of high achievement
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in insights/research or strategy
  • High comfort level with analyzing and synthesizing quantitative information
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including expertise in data manipulation using formulas, filters, formatting, and advanced functions
  • Knowledge of movies and passion for entertainment
  • Excellent visual communication skills; high PowerPoint proficiency required
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
  • Strong professional writing ability
  • Team player
