  • Lead development, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization of global go-to-market strategies

  • Apply global perspective while accounting for regional differences in family dynamics, cultural relevance, content discovery, and media consumption
  • Ensure campaigns are age-appropriate, inclusive, brand-safe, and aligned with privacy, advertising, and platform guidelines
  • Coordinate milestones and workstreams, resolve challenges, and align creative and tactical execution with strategy
  • Brief cross-functional teams on campaign strategy
  • Steward assigned titles, characters, and franchises
  • Build strategies supporting immediate launches and long-term franchise growth
  • Partner with franchise, consumer products, licensing, retail, games, publishing, experiences, and other Paramount teams
  • Build stakeholder relationships and drive timely, collaborative execution
  • Maintain team knowledge of the Kids & Family landscape and responsible marketing practices
  • Drive alignment with senior leadership and external partners, including creators, producers, filmmakers, talent, studios, and co-production partners
  • Develop global stunts, partnerships, activations, and breakthrough campaign ideas
  • Bring titles and characters into real-world experiences, fan events, cultural moments, educational initiatives, and brand partnerships
  • Lead big-idea initiatives with internal teams and agency partners
  • Evaluate ideas for child appeal, parent relevance, family participation, brand safety, and earned-media potential
  • Lead media campaign development and execution across streaming, digital video, social, gaming, connected television, family programming, and parent-focused media
  • Identify ways to reach parents and caregivers while building excitement among young audiences
  • Analyze audience research, campaign performance, competitive intelligence, and cultural trends
  • Lead reviews of awareness, consideration, engagement, viewing, acquisition, retention, co-viewing, repeat viewing, and franchise affinity
  • Turn quantitative and qualitative audience insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of entertainment marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing campaigns for kids & family content, family entertainment, animation, or youth-focused brands
  • Experience leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution and performance analysis
  • Awareness of the distinct needs and behaviors of kids, tweens, parents, caregivers, and family co-viewing audiences
  • Ability to market to young audiences responsibly and navigate brand-safety, privacy, advertising, and platform considerations
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders, creators, talent, filmmakers, studios, agencies, and external partners
  • Strategic judgment and ability to translate audience, cultural, creative, and business insights into actionable campaign strategies
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and applying learnings to optimize results
  • Ability to manage multiple titles, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Experience marketing original series, films, animation, preschool content, or established Kids & Family franchises for a streaming service, studio, network, or entertainment brand
  • Experience developing campaigns for young audiences and parents or caregivers
  • Knowledge of emerging Kids & Family creators, platforms, fandoms, and digital content-discovery behaviors
  • Experience developing global campaigns and adapting strategies for different markets and cultures
