About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the SVP in preparing work materials and documents
  • Organize, file, and distribute internal and external agreements and correspondence
  • Answer phones and roll calls
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Manage email and mail
  • Handle visitor requests and update contacts
  • Prepare expense reports and order supplies
  • Maintain a tickler system for follow-ups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in entertainment or legal environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and internet applications
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with staff, senior executives, talent representatives, and external partners
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities skillfully
  • Self-starter with strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion
  • Flexible, resourceful, team-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced setting
