About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with the Product Lead to advance the HR technology roadmap
  • Own project delivery from stakeholder intake through launch
  • Run ceremonies and drive progress across cross-functional teams
  • Develop domain expertise and own product areas over time
  • Help define priorities, sequence work, and make tradeoffs balancing business value and technical feasibility
  • Track active workstreams, surface blockers, and align stakeholders throughout delivery
  • Collect feedback and analyze user insights by engaging HR stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable Jira tickets
  • Create process maps and prototypes to communicate product design and functionality
  • Run and continuously improve standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate with engineers and platform developers while modeling agile best practices
  • Support change management and product adoption through training documents and usage monitoring
  • Help design and scale AI-driven HR tools, automations, and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise technology, HR technology, or a large matrixed organization
  • Experience using visualization tools such as PowerPoint and Canva
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Lucid Chart
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma and Lovable
  • Remarkable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience producing product requirements documents, stakeholder updates, and build-ready documentation
  • Experience running agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Experience managing delivery in Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
  • Experience with UI/UX and product design, preferably in AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Ability to measure adoption, run user feedback sessions, and evaluate user journeys
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation platforms
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience translating ambiguous business needs into actionable deliverables
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and systems across Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations
  • Self-starter who identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and leads by example
