About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead hands-on design and development of high-profile presentations, sizzle reels, videos, and strategic visual communications
Create executive and keynote decks, Property Snapshot and strategic storytelling decks, sizzle reels, video edits, and motion graphics
Translate complex business ideas into clear narrative structures, compelling layouts, and polished presentation-ready work
Execute presentation design, graphic design, video editing, and light motion work in Adobe After Effects
Art direct portions of projects
Mentor the Designer on the team
Strengthen the Studio’s creative practice through feedback and collaboration
Design style guides, visual systems, presentation templates, diagrams, and icons as needed
Partner with external creative specialists
Maintain high standards for craft, clarity, and attention to detail
Report to the Art Director and partner with the Designer, Creative Producer, Franchise, Licensing, Marketing, and External Creative Partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of relevant design experience across presentation, graphic design, motion, video, or related multidisciplinary work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Advanced proficiency in Keynote and/or PowerPoint
Video editing capability
Light motion capability in Adobe After Effects
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design, graphic design, visual storytelling, motion, and video
Strong typography, layout, composition, narrative, and visual communication skills across static and time-based work
Ability to mentor designers, art direct project components, and collaborate across multidisciplinary internal and external teams
Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative and production workflows
Sound judgment about when AI-assisted workflows improve the work
