About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle complex ownership matters independently
- Manage Take-in-Kind (TIK)
- Perform complex DOI and ownership calculations
- Review title opinions
- Process ownership transfers and changes
- Resolve suspense and curative issues
- Calculate royalty, ORRI, and working interests
- Resolve complex ownership discrepancies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Division Order experience
- Strong TIK experience
- Ability to interpret title documents and calculate complex decimals
- Strong understanding of oil and gas ownership
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work the technology and AI
- CDOA certification and experience with major oil and gas operators are a plus
