About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product squad’s design outcomes from initial concept through final shipped experience
- Lead design direction from initial framing to launch
- Prototype early and often using AI tools such as Cursor or Claude
- Visualize ideas and test interactions before engineering implementation
- Create high-impact, immersive designs for complex app systems
- Design tactile, precise, and dynamic motion and interactions
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers through real-time feedback
- Shape products directly within the build process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of end-to-end product design experience
- Portfolio showing shipped consumer work on mobile apps or web (required)
- Comfort moving across prototyping, production, and interaction design without handoffs
- Refined eye for type hierarchy, layouts, and intuitive UI/UX
- Experience delivering immersive designs for complex app systems
- Understanding of motion as a logical system
- Deep experience with iOS and Android design paradigms
- Ability to use intuition, analytics, and direct fan feedback for product decisions
- Passion for sports, betting, live events, or broadcast media
- Experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping workflows
- Contributions to a design system
