Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect and implement AI-driven services, micro-platforms, and developer tools supporting Global Quality Engineering
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings systems, and LLM-powered utilities
  • Develop intelligent automation accelerators that classify failures, detect flakiness, and recommend fixes
  • Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks
  • Partner with QE, Platform, and Data Engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose functional applications
  • Deliver scalable AI tooling adopted across multiple GQE teams
  • Reduce triage time and improve automation signal quality
  • Increase developer productivity through AI-powered tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with robust backend expertise
  • Proven experience building production-grade AI or ML-powered systems
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration
  • Experience integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Technical leadership within a team
  • Strong architectural judgment and design skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems and deliver scalable solutions
