About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build backend services, CLIs, and internal tools integrating AI capabilities into GQE workflows
Implement AI-assisted test generation, log summarization, and defect triage features
Contribute to RAG pipelines, embeddings workflows, and LLM-powered utilities
Integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks
Collaborate with QE, Platform, and Data Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
Write clean, maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
Deliver reliable features within AI tooling platforms
Improve triage and test-creation efficiency for GQE teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of software engineering experience (Java, Kotlin, Python, or similar)
Experience building backend services, APIs, or internal tools
Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, or AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong problem-solving skills and interest in AI-driven engineering
Proficient coding fundamentals and attention to detail
Collaboration and communication across engineering teams
Ownership of assigned features and components
