About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead HR strategy for Paramount’s Product and Technology group
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer and organizational leaders in Media Systems, Production Platform, and Design
- Architect and drive talent, organizational, and culture strategies to accelerate innovation and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Design people-focused organizational effectiveness solutions and organizational structures aligned with business strategy
- Evaluate operating models and organizational structures, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
- Monitor HR and business metrics and develop actionable recommendations
- Advise, coach, and challenge senior leaders on leadership, talent, and management practices
- Build leadership capabilities and diverse, high-potential talent pipelines through hiring, development, succession planning, and talent mobility
- Lead change initiatives using employee sentiment data and listening mechanisms
- Support continuous learning, skill development, and organizational agility
- Develop and execute inclusive long-term workforce plans addressing cost, skills, and location considerations
- Advise leaders on workforce planning, resource allocation, and priority trade-offs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level HRBP roles within technology/engineering and consumer product-focused organizations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
- Ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior technical leaders
- Success partnering with senior creative and business leaders to deliver strategic talent and organizational outcomes
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and complex change management
- Agile, collaborative, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments
- Advanced degree preferred
