About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards that support the strategic oversight of fundraising and capital raising activities
  • Structure KPIs for funding, the investment platform, products, sales productivity, and customer behavior
  • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop projections and scenarios to support financial analysis and decision-making
  • Manage and monitor the Capital Raising area's budget, identifying variances and optimization opportunities
  • Produce executive materials, analyses, and presentations for leadership and decision-making forums
  • Support the definition of sales strategies through quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and the evolution of the commercial model
  • Support strategic projects related to products, channels, funding, and customer experience
  • Transform data and information into actionable recommendations to improve the area's results
  • Provide reliable and relevant management information to support decision-making
  • Ensure ongoing visibility into the key indicators for the Capital Raising area
  • Produce analyses that contribute to achieving commercial and strategic targets
  • Anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities through market research and competitive intelligence
  • Contribute to efficient budget management aligned with the area's objectives
  • Support leadership in defining priorities and strategic direction
  • Drive the continuous evolution of the commercial model through data-driven insights
  • Identify improvement opportunities capable of generating efficiency, profitability, or growth gains

  • Serve as an internal reference for business intelligence applied to Capital Raising

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel and VBA skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis and KPI development
  • Experience preparing financial and commercial analyses
  • Ability to structure and interpret metrics and KPIs
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and management materials
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to turn complex analyses into actionable recommendations
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on generating business value
  • CPRO-R, CPRO-I, or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Experience in financial institutions, investment platforms, or capital markets is a plus
  • Knowledge of KPI-based management methodologies, OKRs, or strategic planning is a plus
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity and business analysis is a plus
