About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI projects end to end, including retrieval assistants, copilots and agents, from discovery and scoping to rollout and operation
Translate business problems into use cases, requirements and success criteria with clients
Plan and steer delivery with engineering teams, including scope, timeline, budget, risks and priorities
Define quality measures and ensure solutions are evaluated before and after go-live
Work with client stakeholders on data, security, compliance and change management
Collaborate with the multicultural team and contribute ideas to projects with real-world impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of project management in software, data or digital transformation projects; AI or data projects are a strong plus
Solid grasp of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents
Understanding of software architecture and cloud infrastructure, ideally Microsoft Azure
Confident with agile delivery and structuring ambiguous problems into concrete plans
Experience working with business and IT stakeholders up to management level
Awareness of Swiss FADP, GDPR and information security
Excellent German and English, written and spoken
Structured, hands-on and curious mindset, with ownership to bring projects over the finish line
