About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clinical study teams with administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage site payments and clinical trial supplies
  • Maintain and organize essential study documentation within electronic systems
  • Perform Trial Master File (TMF) related activities to support inspection readiness
  • Track, collect, scan, file, and process study documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs)
  • Provide limited site-facing support in partnership with Clinical Research Associates
  • Work closely with Clinical Research Associates and project teams throughout the clinical trial lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience working at a clinical research site (Site Coordinator, Research Coordinator, or similar roles)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A university degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field
