About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide high-quality, timely scientific and strategic solutions to meet client needs
Understand client objectives and project requirements to customize delivery and apply innovative evidence strategies
Lead research conduct and analysis to shape strategic recommendations under the guidance of the Project Director
Manage and contribute to evidence-search tasks for literature reviews, including screening, data extraction, protocol design, and quantitative feasibility
Manage and prepare synthesis and review of findings
Develop project deliverables such as systematic review reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, and posters
Produce quality work that meets Project Lead/Manager and client expectations
Work within project guidelines directed by the Project Director and/or Technical SMEs
Prioritize work to achieve project outcomes while aligning with the Project Lead and Line Manager
Follow the organization’s consulting models and methodologies
Lead project management activities
Complete timesheets, expense reports, CV maintenance, and project deliverable archiving
Participate in internal initiatives/projects or mentor as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong computing skills (MS Office)
High analytical ability
A high degree of written accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both oral and in writing, especially in the relaying of technical information
Self-motivation and enthusiasm
Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written skills essential
Keen interest in medical research, healthcare provision, and the pharmaceutical industry
Training and/or experience in health economics and/or outcomes would be an advantage
Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant role would be advantageous
Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Science, MBBS, BDS, or PhD is essential
