About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Parexel’s Business Development, Sales and internal stakeholder teams with accurate, timely and customer-ready information and intelligence
Manage and support Requests for Information (RFIs) and RFP-related activities from intake through final quality review
Understand customer requirements and identify and coordinate appropriate subject matter experts
Research information, draft and compile responses, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented
Prepare experience, headcount, staffing, and capability data using Parexel’s internal systems and databases
Maintain content in Loopio, SharePoint and Highspot
Respond to ad hoc information requests
Work with Global Sales and Business Operations teams on writing, compilation, and functional-area coordination for final RFI deliverables
Gather global experience data with the GXDB group and format tables into blinded/customer-friendly templates
Run SEMS data reports from the database and present them to requesters
Manage multiple deliverables according to customer-driven timelines
Work across the company with various subject matter experts
Manage strategy calls and keep timelines on schedule
Manage all deliverables to the highest quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences
3 years general work experience
English language skills
Potential to understand analytical data
Verbal and written communication skills
Client focused approach to work
Ability to act professionally and with a high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
Willingness to work in a matrix environment and value teamwork
