About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a key contributor to the proposal team to support Parexel in winning new business
  • Deliver, with the Integrated Solutions Director and Patient Recruitment Strategy team, optimized patient-focused, risk-informed strategic solutions
  • Support all types and phases of study pursuits, including programs
  • Collaborate with virtual RFP teams to create and present integrated strategies and scenario planning
  • Review RFP documents and collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and CRO selection drivers
  • Analyze recruitment benchmark data and build enrollment scenarios covering countries, sites, recruitment months, and efficiencies
  • Identify potential challenges and risks associated with Sponsor specifications
  • Determine where target patients are found, identify site and patient participation barriers and motivators, and leverage RWD and patient insights data
  • Evaluate and deploy fit-for-purpose pre-award feasibility activities
  • Lead innovative feasibility pilots and feasibility teams for mega studies or partnership programs
  • Conduct country analysis and develop protocol-specific, data-driven country recommendations
  • Develop integrated operational strategies and enrollment scenarios using modeling tools and techniques
  • Develop and defend compelling proposal text and presentation slides
  • Attend Bid Pursuit Meetings and General Capability Meetings
  • Contribute to client, investigator, and thought-leader relationship building within the assigned therapy area
  • Drive therapy-area KPIs, including reducing zero-enrolling investigators
  • Innovate approaches using solutions, vendors, and data sources
  • Oversee paid feasibility early-engagement projects

  • Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical or operational strategy preferred
  • Demonstratable expertise and experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Scientific/Medical/Nursing background
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
