About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives
- Lead patient recruitment projects and support delivery across complex cases
- Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns
- Work with vendors and study teams
- Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients
- Direct patient-facing experience is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for improving the patient and caregiver experience in clinical trials
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence and comfort in a client-facing role, including complex discussions and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and collaboration
- Comfort working with metrics, KPIs and project tracking
