About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget
  • Lead client meetings and provide project solutions
  • Address client concerns promptly
  • Manage project resources and staffing to meet deadlines and maintain profitability
  • Identify and mitigate project risks affecting timelines, budgets, or quality
  • Monitor project financial health, including billing, expenses, staff utilization, and work plans
  • Coordinate design efforts among project teams, engineers, and subconsultants
  • Negotiate subconsultant agreements, define scopes of work, and ensure timely deliverables and contractual compliance
  • Oversee construction phase services
  • Lead project closeout, including final deliverables, punch lists, and substantial completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education or commensurate experience in the architecture, engineering or construction industry
  • Professional registration as an Architect or Engineer is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in a project management position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams
