About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget
- Lead client meetings, provide project solutions, and address client concerns
- Manage project resources and staffing to meet deadlines and maintain profitability
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines, budgets, or quality
- Monitor billing, expenses, staff utilization, and work plans to maintain project profitability
- Coordinate design efforts among project teams, engineers, and subconsultants
- Manage subconsultant collaboration, agreements, scopes of work, deliverables, and contractual obligations
- Oversee construction phase services
- Lead project closeout, including final deliverables, punch lists, and substantial completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education or commensurate experience in the architecture, engineering or construction industry
- Professional registration as an Architect
- Minimum of 5 years in a project management position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vantagepoint
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams
