About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and delivery from project initiation through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, work plans, fee structures, forecasts, and project management documentation
  • Coordinate clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, construction managers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, budgets, and expenditures
  • Identify risks, delays, conflicts, and variances and assist with mitigation strategies
  • Support procurement, contracting, and change management activities
  • Coordinate design and construction phases, including deliverable tracking, reviews, decisions, comments, and issue resolution
  • Participate in client, design, construction, and stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare meeting documentation, follow-up items, project reports, dashboards, presentations, correspondence, and logs
  • Maintain project risks, issues, decisions, changes, and information in project management and financial systems
  • Assist with project closeout, financial reconciliation, lessons learned, outstanding items, and transition requirements
  • Develop and apply knowledge of project management, program management, project controls, and Owner’s Representative services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, project coordination, or project support roles
  • Working knowledge of project management principles, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, contract coordination, and project financial tracking
  • Experience with billing processes, resource planning, and budget monitoring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
  • Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
