About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in project development from programming/conceptual design through construction administration
- Prepare project construction documents
- Communicate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members
- Conduct site visits and assessments
- Participate in client meetings to understand project needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts and proposals
- Create detailed drawings and specifications
- Ensure projects meet client needs and budget constraints
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered Architect in state of Texas or able to get through reciprocity
- 5–10 years of experience in community-based design
- Proficient in Revit Architecture
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in SketchUp
