About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, organize, and analyze commercial and market data for Leukine® and BIZENGRI®
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
Support forecasting and business planning activities
Perform competitive analyses and market research
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions
Prepare presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
Participate in meetings with leaders across the commercial organization
Adhere to applicable regulations, compliance requirements, company policies, and employment-related laws
Complete mandatory training within required timeframes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience using Excel and manipulating large data sets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for cross-functional engagement
Passion for the oncology field and commitment to making a positive impact in patients’ lives
Solid English language communication skills, both oral and written, required
Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Word and Excel
Ability and willingness to quickly adopt other job-specific applications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Completed sophomore year of undergraduate education toward completion of a four-year degree
Must be a Massachusetts resident or attending an accredited college or university located in Massachusetts
Experience working with healthcare EHR, claims, and sales data a plus
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
Understanding of statistical concepts is preferred
Software expertise in PowerPoint and SharePoint
1+ years of work experience preferred
