About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Partnerize's business systems and AI enablement strategy
Own the configuration, roadmap and health of Salesforce and Asana
Oversee integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot, DocuSign and other connected systems
Optimize workflows, data quality, efficiency and scalability
Partner with stakeholders to define user stories, solution designs and business requirements
Manage intake, triage and Jira backlogs for business systems requests
Configure, prototype and build Salesforce Flows, Asana workflows and Gemini agents
Own user acceptance testing strategy and execution
Lead training, documentation, process flows, data dictionaries and communications for changes
Serve as internal product owner for enterprise AI platforms, beginning with Google Gemini Enterprise
Design, test and deploy business-led AI agents and automated workflows
Establish AI governance, data security practices and access controls
Measure and report AI outcomes including hours saved, cycle-time reduction and adoption rates
Lead, coach and develop a team of two business systems professionals
Manage consultants, vendors, SLAs, renewals and license optimization
Own the consolidated Business Systems and AI roadmap and communicate priorities to executives
Assess the current systems landscape and deliver prioritized roadmaps within the first 90 days
Launch functional AI agents or automated workflows, establish an AI impact dashboard and streamline delivery processes
Achieve active Gemini Enterprise adoption and demonstrate measurable time savings

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, business process optimization or enterprise application management
Experience leading, coaching or managing business analysts, systems administrators or similar roles
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Deep hands-on Salesforce administrator or power-user experience, including automation such as Flows and data management
Experience configuring and scaling Asana or similar work management platforms such as Monday.com or Smartsheet
Working knowledge of integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign
Understanding of APIs, data models, ETL and data synchronization between systems
Practical experience rolling out and driving adoption of commercial AI tools, including prompt design, agent or workflow building and measuring impact
Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing sprints and writing user stories in Jira
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience delivering results through peer partnerships across functions
Ability to manage executive expectations, competing requests and prioritization frameworks
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and technologies
