About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis for prospective private credit investments
  • Perform LBO modelling and analyze due diligence materials
  • Write internal investment committee memorandums
  • Contribute to investment committee discussions
  • Manage private credit investments, including monitoring company performance
  • Assist senior investment team members in building relationships with sponsors and other external parties
  • Conduct valuation assessments, product reporting, and market research
  • Support Partners Group’s fundraising efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in an investment role (private credit / private equity), debt advisory, or investment banking (leveraged finance, M&A)
  • Passion for investing in mid-market companies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop close relationships over time
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable financial modelling skills
  • Strong academic record with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top University
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the US
