About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define stakeholder needs, develop solutions and write specifications
- Ensure capabilities built for stakeholders can be leveraged across the investment platform where appropriate
- Test and sign off newly built functionalities before release
- Coordinate release cycles with Partners Group’s technology team and external consultants
- Support data migration and change management when required
- Safeguard PRIMERA Connect platform stability and maintain a fit-for-purpose, consistent data model
- Analyze and test the impact of system changes before release
- Coordinate with Technology to embed PRIMERA Connect into the overall technology architecture and landscape
- Ensure compliance with information-sharing and data-retention rules
- Manage external consultants supporting investment teams on the PRIMERA Connect implementation
- Lead vendor oversight and monitor vendor and individual consultant/engineer performance
- Manage the CRM implementation budget and drive contract renewals and negotiations
- Support the Investment Office on business-management tasks for approximately 20% of the role
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, project management and/or investment operations
- Ideally, software implementation experience
- Strong interest in investment data, digital tools and AI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset and detail focus
- Proactive and solution-driven
- Flexible and hands-on
- Fluency in English
- German is a plus
- Experience in financial services, with the DealCloud platform and/or with a similar CRM platform is a plus
