About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and produce content for US Evergreen fund webinars
  • Manage webinar logistics and ensure materials reflect current positioning and market messaging
  • Analyze portfolio developments and craft commentary for periodic client reporting
  • Focus reporting on key holdings, realizations, valuation drivers and other material developments
  • Oversee and respond to client requests relating to assigned private wealth investment programs
  • Lead end-to-end Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from distribution partners and other stakeholders
  • Ensure RFP responses are accurate, compelling and delivered on time
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries about assigned private wealth investment programs
  • Partner with growth marketing and sales teams on product offerings, portfolio developments and private wealth market trends
  • Ensure consistency across client-facing materials
  • Own ad hoc projects supporting the team's broader growth and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the financial industry
  • Editing experience is an advantage
  • Degree in finance, business administration or economics
  • Understanding of private markets and semi-liquid/Evergreen structures
  • Ability to produce consistent product content across editorial, PowerPoint and multimedia formats
  • Impeccable writing skills and flawless command of written English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for analytics related to client requests and product performance calculations
  • Ability to produce convincing and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team across several offices
  • Ability to handle high workload while delivering error-free content
