About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide professional and personalized guest service in the VIP Client Dining rooms
  • Prepare dining rooms and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors
  • Support breakfast, lunch, apéro, and coffee service requirements
  • Assist with hosting internal and external guests
  • Support the Free Flow Restaurant during lunch service
  • Assist with food and beverage service activities
  • Ensure service areas are clean, organized, and professionally presented
  • Support coffee service for client and internal meetings
  • Prepare meeting rooms with required beverages and consumables
  • Assist with hospitality requirements for conferences and special meetings
  • Provide holiday and absence cover for tea and coffee kitchens
  • Refill beverages, coffee supplies, and consumables
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in tea kitchen areas
  • Support the Customer Care team during internal and client events
  • Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
  • Carry out general cleaning, tidying, and organizational tasks
  • Contribute to exceptional hospitality experiences across the campus

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience or training in hospitality, restaurant service, catering, or a related service industry
  • Experience in guest-facing roles is an advantage
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Confident verbal communication with guests and colleagues
  • Professional appearance and excellent manners
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Willingness to work within a team
