About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute end-to-end product launch management
  • Lead complex fund restructurings and work with structuring, sales, operational teams, and external service providers
  • Take accountability for delivery across stakeholder interfaces
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders throughout the product portfolio lifecycle
  • Drive stakeholder satisfaction, identify critical issues, and independently deliver robust solutions
  • Identify and drive process optimization, automation, and digitization solutions
  • Partner with sales teams to find client solutions while representing operational capabilities
  • Mentor less experienced Product Managers and deliver targeted education sessions
  • Own innovation initiatives in product development and operational processes
  • Lead team-relevant and business-unit-relevant projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with demonstrated academic excellence
  • Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in asset management or private markets
  • Proven leadership capabilities and advanced stakeholder management skills across internal teams, external partners, and client relationships
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and digitization initiatives in investment management environments
  • Experience with onboarding, implementation and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus
  • Ability to manage complex operational tasks under tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
  • Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to generate impact through teamwork and commitment to excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
