About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a 9-week Summer Analyst Program in private markets investing
- Gain exposure to live investment opportunities
- Work in an investment team across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, royalties, or partnership strategies
- Gain exposure to investment sourcing, assessment, due diligence, transaction closing, and portfolio asset management
- Develop an independent investment project and propose an investment opportunity to the team
- Receive comprehensive private markets investment training
- Work with experienced investment professionals and senior members of the firm
- Potentially transition into the full-time Financial Analyst Program after successful completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- The Program is open to penultimate and final year undergraduate and graduate level students
- Candidates accepted from any field of study, including engineering, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, business, law, humanities and social sciences
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Strong analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity
- Comfortable working with data, assessing its quality, identifying patterns, and presenting conclusions
- Candidates must be able to use digital and AI tools
- Critical thinking, awareness of limitations, and responsible judgement
- Ability to demonstrate how technology improves the quality, efficiency, and structure of work
- Curiosity about how AI is influencing investment processes and financial markets
- Exposure and/or experience with coding, data visualization, statistical analysis and/or workflow automation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple language, write clearly, listen actively, and work effectively with colleagues from different professional and academic backgrounds
- Ownership mindset, strong work ethic, and high standards
- English is the business language
- Eligible to work full-time in Switzerland; typically Swiss and EU nationals, or individuals undergoing education in Switzerland
- Partners Group does not sponsor work visas for Switzerland
