About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on one of the investment teams: Private Equity, Private Infrastructure, Private Credit, or Private Real Estate
- Gain immediate exposure to senior leaders and decision makers
- Independently develop investment recommendations for presentation to the Investment Committee
- Take ownership of workstreams related to investment diligence, underwriting, and/or portfolio company value creation initiatives
- Perform day-to-day investment and portfolio company work
- Submit a capstone deliverable consisting of a prospective investment memorandum supporting thematic sourcing efforts
- Participate in a 10-week summer internship at Partners Group’s regional headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado
- Complete internal best-practices and financial-modeling training
- Attend an in-person Superday at the Colorado campus in January
Requirements
What you’ll need- Top academic credentials from a leading university
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, two-year MBA program graduating in 2028
- 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience
- Relevant background aligned with Private Equity Technology, Private Equity Partnership Investments, Private Infrastructure Directs, Private Credit, or Private Real Estate
- Must have the right to work in the United States
- Submit CV and 1-page cover letter
- Cover letter must explain how the candidate brings value and a unique perspective to Partners Group
