Listen to customers’ situations and determine what they can realistically afford
Explain options and establish workable payment plans
Accurately document conversations
Follow consumer-protection rules governing the work
Work on camera for the entire shift
Complete four weeks of full-time paid training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must live in the Jacksonville area
High school diploma or GED
Clear, confident conversation with strangers
Comfortable with basic math, mostly percentages
Reliable high-speed internet
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Must work on camera for the entire shift
Available for Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM training
Available for Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM after training, plus one evening shift weekly (12PM–9PM)
