About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the creation of content for Instagram and TikTok
- Create and develop Stories
- Write captions and adapt content
- Schedule and organize posts
- Support content calendar planning
- Monitor and analyze metrics and performance
- Curate and maintain the visual aesthetic of the feed
- Research trends, references, and opportunities for social media
- Support the creation and development of campaigns and creative projects
- Research visual references, fashion trends, consumer behavior, and communications
- Explore Artificial Intelligence tools applied to image and content creation
- Learn and develop AI-generated images and campaigns
- Build moodboards and research references for new projects
- Participate in brainstorms and develop new ideas for the brand
- Support projects related to PatBO’s global positioning and international expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly developed aesthetic sensibility
- Genuine interest in fashion, branding, communications, and visual culture
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and new creative technologies
- Creativity and a willingness to propose new ideas
- Agility and the ability to learn quickly
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility

- Willingness to experiment, research, and discover new ways to create
- Advanced English, as the role involves frequent contact with international content and projects
