About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with senior leadership in the PMO and cross-functional technical experts to deliver complex Product Development Programs
- Create project plans, run cross-functional team meetings, and report outputs to internal stakeholders
- Resolve issues by bringing the right people together, drive decisions, and document minutes, decision logs, and project risks
- Independently manage multiple medium-to-large-sized projects, maintaining budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation
- Recommend new ways of working with a focus on efficiency and delivery
- Simplify complex situations, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example
- Facilitate team meetings, collect and consolidate updates, and communicate concise status updates to internal and external senior stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s in computer science, biomedical engineering, business, or relevant related field
- Demonstrated foundation in project management essentials, including risk tracking, budget governance, timeline scheduling, and project management software
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership across complex initiatives, driving accountability from initial planning through issue resolution and delivery
- Experience developing strong internal and external partnerships and fostering a strong team dynamic
- 3+ years of industry experience working in a project management role (Preferred)
- Strong background in Life Sciences, Software, Medical Device, and/or Product Development (Preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams (Preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently evaluate, prioritize and handle multiple changing projects and priorities; complete work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner (Preferred)
