About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead value and access projects or major workstreams from set-up through delivery, including planning, methodology, resourcing, quality control, financial awareness and client communication
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership across payer strategy, global value communications, HTA readiness, policy intelligence, evidence gap assessment, reimbursement planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Senior-review value dossiers, payer value propositions, HTA strategy outputs, advisory board materials, objection handlers, payer decks, reports and medical writing deliverables
  • Lead client discussions, workshops and strategic meetings, translating complex evidence and access issues into practical recommendations and next steps
  • Own project-level delivery economics, anticipating scope, timeline, review and resourcing risks and protecting quality and profitability
  • Mentor Consultants, Associate Consultants and Analysts, strengthening capability in structured thinking, evidence interpretation, writing quality and client-ready delivery
  • Support proposal development, project scoping, pitch materials and account growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in market access, value communications, HTA strategy, payer research, HEOR, medical writing or healthcare consulting
  • Proven ability to lead projects or major workstreams, manage client expectations and deliver high-quality outputs on time and within scope
  • Strong understanding of global, regional or affiliate payer requirements, HTA systems, pricing and reimbursement pathways and evidence needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strategic storytelling and senior-review capability
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage scope, effort, resourcing, quality and profitability at project level
  • Experience contributing to business development activities such as proposals, pitch meetings, thought leadership or service offering development
  • Unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position
  • Desirable: Experience leading international market access, JCA readiness, managed access, rare disease, oncology, ATMP or complex launch projects
  • Desirable: Line management or formal coaching experience
