About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Create a professional press kit (EPK) including text, visuals, and structure
  • Capture photo and video content during gigs, rehearsals, and shows
  • Edit and prepare content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Plan, schedule, and publish ongoing content
  • Support marketing initiatives around releases, shows, and events
  • Help refine storytelling, positioning, and visual language of the artist brand

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong interest in music, artists, and the creative industry
  • Experience with or strong motivation to learn social media, branding, and marketing
  • Basic skills in content creation (photo/video) and editing tools (e.g. Adobe, CapCut, similar)
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling as well as for what's trending
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Flexible availability; shows and events may happen evenings or weekends
  • Based in or able to work in Los Angeles
