About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the design and execution of key People programs and systems
- Oversee the design and rollout of engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and systems/vendor renewals
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure consistent, efficient processes aligned with business priorities
- Lead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting to increase accuracy and scalability
- Monitor people metrics and build advanced dashboards for actionable insights to executives and the Board
- Ensure policies, processes, and systems remain compliant across multiple geographies, including small or newly established international populations
- Support integration of acquired employees into the People Operations lifecycle, including systems, benefits, onboarding, and compliance alignment
- Help scale Paxos’s blockchain-based financial infrastructure business through People Operations leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience
- 8–10 years focused on People Operations
- Proven experience supporting and scaling organizations through high-growth environments, ideally in technology or regulated industries
- Experience integrating acquired companies’ employees into HR systems and programs
- Experience supporting small or distributed international employee populations
- Ability to navigate varying compliance and operational needs across geographies
- Exceptional analytical skills and advanced ability to model, interpret, and present complex people data
- Hands-on experience with HR systems; Workday required
- Ability to leverage technology for reporting, analytics, and process improvements
- Experience overseeing and implementing HR programs across the employee lifecycle
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to design and quickly implement cross-disciplinary solutions
- Successful management of competing priorities and projects through timely, accurate completion
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree and advanced HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSHR) are a plus
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of the business and People Team
- Flexibility to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across teams, levels, and situations
- Ability to work within constraints and challenge the status quo
- Authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application form
