About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own money movement strategy, roadmap, and delivery end to end
Own systems routing billions in fiat across banking partners and payment networks
Design routing, failover, and coordination logic across banking partners, on/off ramps, and payment rails
Work with major financial institutions and banking partners to build rails and APIs for digital asset services
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to shape standards for regulated fiat movement
Drive infrastructure that moves assets in, out, and across Paxos

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10 years of Product Management experience
Direct experience with fiat rails, payments, banking partnerships, on/off ramps, stablecoin swaps/conversion, or transaction orchestration is a plus
Comfortable with APIs, payment and banking integrations, and complex systems powering global financial networks
Ability to operate independently, structure ambiguous problems, and drive initiatives to results without top-down guidance
Experience using analytics to drive decisions and optimize products at massive scale
Passion for financial inclusion and democratizing access to financial services
Experience with stablecoins, tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure is a bonus
Background in fintech or financial services transformation is a bonus
Understanding of global regulatory frameworks for fiat movement and digital assets is a bonus
Authorized to work in the United States
