About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage directly with clients and prospects to deliver solution presentations and communicate Paylocity’s value proposition
Support and participate in webinars and other client-facing events
Assist the Enablement team with ad hoc tasks and cross-functional initiatives
Partner with Solutions Consultants to prepare for product engagement, discovery, and solution presentations
Maintain foundational knowledge of Paylocity’s product suite, features, and value propositions
Provide input on client challenges and contribute ideas for potential solutions
Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Sales, Service, and other go-to-market functions
Attend internal training sessions and team meetings to build product and industry knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required
2–5 years of experience in a client-facing or operational role required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day
Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
Must be available five days per week during designated work hours
Work authorization/location within the U.S. implied by the role being remote within the U.S.
