About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of SaaS products focused on user engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Oversee product development from ideation through execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products
  • Define and execute customer-centric product strategies
  • Help PMs establish long-term strategies, success metrics, and competitive intelligence
  • Build business cases for product initiatives aligned with customer needs and market trends
  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on feedback and market opportunities
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and addressing roadblocks and risks
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design leadership on timelines, vision, and risks
  • Drive transparency, collaboration, and idea validation within the team
  • Identify customer pain points and emerging trends to drive product improvements and innovation
  • Foster a data-driven, experimentation-driven culture
  • Promote adoption of AI and automation technologies
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product strategies with business goals
  • Report on product progress and adjust strategies based on business trends and customer insights
  • Promote collaboration across teams and alignment on objectives
  • Support PM professional development and cultivate data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS degree or higher in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Hands-on experience building B2B SaaS integrations leveraging APIs
  • Experience managing partner relationships
  • Experience scaling partner ecosystems to drive measurable business impact, with a focus on marketplace extensibility
  • Proven success developing product vision and strategy, working backward from the customer
  • Strong track record guiding a product’s lifecycle through strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Strong business acumen and ability to relate product metrics to business outcomes
  • Ability to interface successfully with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing competing priorities and aligning multiple business areas around common goals
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and secure buy-in on product strategies
  • Experience reporting on progress in business reviews and surfacing adjustments based on data insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day
