About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support risk and compliance activities across the Group
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and maintain related records
- Support administration and compliance monitoring of the Company’s life insurance business
- Maintain client records and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Assist with compliance monitoring activities and regulatory reporting
- Coordinate Fit and Proper assessments and maintain associated documentation
- Support review and administration of policies, procedures, agreements and governance records
- Maintain risk registers and assist with risk assessment and reporting
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding compliance and risk-related actions
- Assist with international business and regulatory obligations across relevant jurisdictions
- Prepare management information, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Build working relationships with colleagues, regulators, service providers and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the insurance sector
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
