Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, broadcast engineering, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, networking, and virtualization.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems in a 24/7 environment.
  • Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Scripting experience with VS Code, Python, PowerShell, and Bash for checks, logs, deployments, and backups.
  • Experience with backups, change tracking, rollbacks, storage/MAM/DR, cloud/streaming, and REMI with monitoring and security.
  • Knowledge of NRCS/MOS automation, production systems, playout automation, graphics templates, CG automation, Studio AR/VR, data sources, MOS control, and playout.
  • Ability to operate switches, workstations, servers, and backups; administer Windows/Linux/macOS in converged broadcast-IT environments.
  • Ability to execute maintenance plans, track nonconformities and corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Ability to coordinate vendors, integrators, upgrades, and support with schedule and quality control.
  • Knowledge of patching, access control/MFA, encryption, monitoring/alerting, incident response, and third-party risk checks.
