About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases
- Perform district jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support
- Deliver technical training and other knowledge resources
- Administer and monitor district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation
- Respond to technology and server issues
- Log problems and resolutions accurately and promptly in the problem-management database
- Provide implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer technology or a related discipline
- Co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of change management methodologies an asset
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
