About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning and design workshops
  • Educate customers on PCRS

  • Perform post-implementation operational assessments to drive product adoption and improve business operations
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the PCRS administration platform for end-to-end customer business operations
  • Produce project analysis documentation, including business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans
  • Meet regularly with the project team to review deliverables and deadlines
  • Develop and execute test plans
  • Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Maintain an 80% or higher utilization rate within Professional Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field
  • 2-4 years of demonstrable experience as an Application Consultant at a SaaS company in Professional Services
  • Experience working in all facets of enterprise level SaaS implementations
  • Prior experience in the auto industry, specifically with after-market warranty services
  • Strong knowledge of automobile finance and insurance industry is a strong plus
  • Broad knowledge of insurance administration systems and other business applications, content management solutions
  • Must be able to travel to client meetings; up to 5-10%
  • Although the role is open to remote candidates, PCMI can only hire employees in AL, CT, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, OH, PA, SC, TX, or WI
