About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead system integrations and technical implementations supporting key operational workflows
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system-related issues
Troubleshoot application errors and ensure reliable, efficient system operation
Build and maintain custom integrations connecting systems such as NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PLs
Determine technical approaches and project direction for assigned initiatives
Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
Drive process and system improvements across the technology stack
Act as a subject matter expert on system architecture and data flows
Work with Engineering teams to design and implement internal tools
Partner with wholesale, logistics, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Prioritize issues by severity and manage resolution timelines
Contribute to technical discussions and guide system-level decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent English communication skills
3+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, integrations, or backend development
Ability to break down complex problems and solve them independently
Strong experience with integrations, APIs, and data structures, including JSON
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, web platforms such as Shopify, and 3PLs
Strong analytical skills and ability to work through ambiguous requirements and define solutions
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and identify root causes
Ability to understand system interactions and upstream/downstream process impacts
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to work with a remote team and operate independently
Availability during core business hours of 9AM–5PM PST, Monday–Friday
Nice-to-have: Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo
Nice-to-have: Experience optimizing legacy systems and improving system performance
Nice-to-have: Experience working on cross-functional or large-scale system projects
